- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of customised IT concepts
- Support, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems including documentation
- Consulting and technical support in direct customer contact remotely and on site
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions
- Integration and support of network and security solutions (e.g. Cisco, Synology, Sophos)
- Support with hosting environments and automation of IT processes
- Continuous optimisation of existing systems as well as proactive monitoring
- Experience in IT engineering, especially with Microsoft 365 and ideally Azure Cloud
- Knowledge in networks, virtualisation, and IT security desirable
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong customer focus
- Enjoyment of new technologies and motivation to continuously develop
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B

Tasks
- Planning, implementation, and further development of modern IT infrastructures (cloud, hybrid, on-premises)- Analysis of customer requirements and creation of customised IT concepts
- Support, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems including documentation
- Consulting and technical support in direct customer contact remotely and on site
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software solutions
- Integration and support of network and security solutions (e.g. Cisco, Synology, Sophos)
- Support with hosting environments and automation of IT processes

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development with relevant professional experience- Experience in IT engineering, especially with Microsoft 365 and ideally Azure Cloud
- Knowledge in networks, virtualisation, and IT security desirable
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong customer focus
- Enjoyment of new technologies and motivation to continuously develop
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B
