- You lead and organise the personnel management and installation of heating projects.
- You plan and coordinate the deployment of employees as well as the required materials.
- You supervise the construction sites and ensure that all work complies with quality and safety standards.
- You work closely with internal and external partners to ensure efficient project execution.
- You prepare and review technical documents and reports on project progress.
- You solve problems on site and manage unforeseen challenges during project implementation.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree as a certified technician HF or certified master in the heating field.
- You bring experience in personnel management and organisation of installation projects.
- You possess strong organisational skills and a structured way of working.
- You are communicative and a team player.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You are confident in handling relevant software and technical documentation.
