About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Support and collaboration in all administrative HR processes
- Management and coordination of digital and physical HR mail intake
- Responsibility for planning, organising, coordinating and evaluating internal and external training and further education
- Contact person and interface to external training institutes, training providers and speakers
- Support and advice for employees and managers in all training and further education matters including administrative processing
- Responsibility for absence management including monitoring and follow-up of absences
- Responsibility for time management and maintenance of time recording systems
- Management and coordination of uniform management
- Collaboration and support in HR projects as well as in the optimisation of HR processes
What you bring
- Completed commercial training and further education as an HR assistant
- Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Organised personality with enthusiasm for coordinating and planning training and further education events
- Independent, reliable and flexible working style
- Cheerful, team-oriented as well as trustworthy and service-oriented personality
- Confident and proficient use of common MS Office applications
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (native speaker or equivalent level)
- Additional language skills, especially French or English, are an advantage
- Impeccable character (criminal and debt register extracts will be requested upon contract signing)
