Partner - Fiduciary
Our client, a recognised fiduciary specialising in supporting clients active in the international commodity trading sector, is seeking as part of its development a Partner.
Based in Switzerland and benefiting from recognised expertise in the commodities sector, the company supports Swiss and international clients on accounting, tax, financial and administrative issues.
This opportunity is aimed at a senior profile wishing to engage in an entrepreneurial project and actively participate in the development of a specialised structure.
Your responsibilities
As a Partner, you will play a central role in the development and growth of the company.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop and manage a client portfolio, mainly active in the commodity trading sector;
- Actively participate in business development and the acquisition of new mandates;
- Advise Swiss and international clients on accounting, financial and tax issues;
- Maintain and develop trusting relationships with clients and partners;
- Participate in defining and implementing the company’s development strategy;
- Supervise and support teams in carrying out mandates;
- Contribute actively to the growth and positioning of the fiduciary in its market.
Your profile
Our client is looking for an experienced professional with solid knowledge of the commodity trading ecosystem and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.
You notably have:
- Several years of experience within a fiduciary, a commodity trading company or a comparable environment;
- A good understanding of the specific challenges related to companies active in commodity trading;
- Proven experience in managing and developing a demanding and international client base;
- An existing client portfolio and/or a solid professional network;
- A strong commercial orientation and demonstrated ability to develop a business;
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to invest sustainably in a development project;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
