Certified Fiduciary Accountant - Permanent Contract

We are recruiting for a Swiss fiduciary of human scale, experiencing strong growth and focused on service quality.
In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and ensure reliable, compliant, and solution-oriented accounting.

As a Fiduciary Accountant, you will be responsible for the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.

Your main tasks:

- Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.
- Perform entry of accounting records, bank reconciliations, and account monitoring.
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad hoc analyses.
- Process supplier invoices and execute payments.
- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform VAT calculations and ensure tax declarations.
- Carry out administrative tasks related to files and maintain regular and quality client relationships.
- Participate in the continuous optimisation of internal processes and their digitalisation.
- Contribute to team support and cross-functional collaboration within the fiduciary.

Profile sought:

- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: highly appreciated (obtained or in the process of completion).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fiduciary work in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).
- Strong customer service sense, able to advise and proactively support SMEs.
- Versatility, very good organisation, priority management, sense of confidentiality, and high level of integrity.
