The Andreas Clinic Cham Zug is located in the heart of Cham – nestled in a quiet and beautiful environment. Characterful architecture and stylish interiors meet modern medical infrastructure in a hotel-like setting. The clinic specialises in the musculoskeletal system with orthopaedics as well as neuro- and spinal surgery. Additionally, it offers comprehensive regional healthcare with the specialties of gynaecology including breast cancer medicine, urology, general surgery, general internal medicine, as well as an emergency department open during the day and evening. First-class medical quality and the well-being of patients are our top priorities.

Due to a planned retirement, we are looking for a Cafeteria / Catering Staff Member (80%) for autumn 2026.

YOUR TASKS

• Friendly and courteous reception, care and service of our guests, patients and employees in our various establishments (AndreasKlinik Cafeteria with staff catering, Bistro Ennetsee in the care centre and Bistro Lorze in the centre of Cham)
• Independent preparation and service of our meeting rooms and seminar rooms.
• Working and responsibility for your own service station as well as independently managing a shift including cash register and daily accounting
• Responsible for the lunch menu distribution to our employees and guests
• Assisting with various banquets and events throughout the entire operation
• Ordering as well as various mise en place and cleaning tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified restaurateur or hotel specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• At least two years of professional experience in upscale hospitality / gastronomy
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as well as versatile and flexible deployment throughout the entire operation
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent manners and resilience
• You are proactive and thoughtful, bring in new ideas and work independently to provide the best possible care and service to our guests and employees
