Responsibilities:
Design and optimisation of modern communication and system solutions for demanding and safety-critical application areas
Development of technical solution designs, architectural concepts, and system variants as well as evaluation of innovative approaches
Management of requirements from needs assessment through specification to implementation and acceptance
Coordination of the system integration of various IT, network, software, and hardware components including testing and validation
Support of interdisciplinary teams as a SAFe Team Coach and promotion of efficient development processes and agile collaboration
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, telecommunications, electrical engineering or a comparable technical discipline
Several years of experience in system engineering, solution design, or technical architecture
Extensive expertise in IP networks, cyber security, and Linux-based systems
Experience with agile development models, SAFe, Scrum as well as complex technical transformation and integration projects
Very good German and English skills, combined with analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured approach
