Specialist Financial Projects and Controlling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a versatile personality for a demanding role in the finance sector. Our partner is an internationally active company with its own production and a high standard of quality and design. You can expect a dynamic environment with international interfaces, where financial accounting, controlling and cross-departmental projects work closely together. You can contribute your experience and at the same time develop specifically in new areas.
Responsibilities:
You support the Group Controlling in consolidation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting and contribute to the further development of management reports and analyses
You independently take on financial and cross-departmental projects, structure work packages and coordinate their implementation
You keep an eye on deadlines, progress and measures and ensure comprehensible documentation and sustainable implementation
You support the general ledger accounting and take on corresponding deputy tasks in day-to-day business if required
You contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support audits as well as internal controls
You ensure high data quality and traceability in the finance area and actively participate in optimising existing processes
Qualifications:
You have a Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable advanced qualification
You bring at least five years of practical experience in financial accounting and are familiar with closing processes, account reconciliations, Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss GAAP FER and accruals
You have initial experience in project work or project coordination and work confidently with Excel; knowledge of ERP, consolidation or BI systems is an advantage
You communicate very confidently in German and well in English
