YOUR TASKS
- Processing, executing and documenting work orders as well as recording and forwarding faults and complaints in the Waveware system
- Carrying out maintenance work and repairs on and in the buildings
- Checking the functionality of technical systems
- Restoration (furniture, lamps and other equipment)
- Ensuring general order and cleanliness in the buildings
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ (Swiss Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification) desired
- Several years of experience in caretaking and the service sector (Facility Management); experience in a technical service in the hospital sector is an advantage
- Independent, autonomous and team-oriented working style
- Neat and friendly appearance
- Valid driving licence category B for vehicles up to 3.5 t
