Your area of responsibility
- You answer calls via the cantonal health coordination centre, triage according to medical urgency and independently conduct initial assessments and consultations by telephone and video call
- You specifically refer patients to the appropriate medical care services - such as emergency doctors, hospitals, rescue services or home care
- You work with modern query software for decision support and are responsible for careful case management and comprehensive documentation
- As part of the medical emergency call centre 144 Central Switzerland, you work in a 24/7 shift system and actively contribute to the establishment and further development of the health coordination centre - especially in the areas of process and quality management
Your experience
- You have completed training as a FaGe, MPA, HF nursing professional or HF paramedic and have several years of professional experience in an acute medical environment or an emergency practice
- Ideally, you bring experience in telemedical consultation - your pronounced communication skills, empathy and resilience distinguish you particularly
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented and networked manner and are confident in handling practice or clinic software as well as Microsoft 365
- You have very good German language skills - additional languages such as French, English or Italian are an advantage
