What you achieve

• You independently handle complex legal issues from the specialist areas of the Ticino Claims Centre (motor vehicle, property, liability, and personal injury claims), with a focus on liability and insurance law
• You manage and conduct litigation cases from the time they become legally pending
• You support the specialist departments in recourse cases
• You design and conduct internal training sessions
• You work closely with the claims and specialist departments in Italian-speaking Switzerland as well as in German-speaking Switzerland
• You are willing to travel to attend appointments in Ticino

What you bring

• You have a completed Swiss law degree and a Swiss lawyer’s licence
• You bring several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in legal practice
• You have sound knowledge of liability and insurance law
• You convince through negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented working style
• You are characterised by a high willingness to learn and commitment
• In addition to fluent German, you have fluent Italian language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) to support the Ticino Claims Centre
