IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

- You take over IT system support and independently coordinate internal and external IT support.
- In this role, you handle first- and second-level support requests via the ticket system and ensure smooth operation.
- As IT system support and user service, you manage the device inventory, perform installations and carry out minor hardware work.
- You administer Windows servers, NAS systems and security components such as firewall, antivirus and policies.
- In this role, you manage VPN connections, backup administration as well as monitoring of servers and networks.
- You report regularly to the responsible managers and actively contribute to the further development of IT support.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have a technical education (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or further training in the IT field) or bring comparable IT experience from a career change.
- You are familiar with the Microsoft environment, especially in client-server operation and handling the Hyper-V Manager.
- You have sound knowledge of the internet environment as well as experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Your working style is independent, precise and characterised by a high service orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
- You convince with high intercultural competence and audience-appropriate, clear communication.
