Your home base is Lausanne, VD, - from here you support various retail operations of the AMAG Group in Western Switzerland. The associated travel activity gives you the opportunity to get to know the organisation holistically and to be close to the people as well as the business.

In this role, you act as an active business partner, support managers and teams through changes, and lead and accompany projects for transformation and organisational development. In doing so, you ensure that modern, inclusive, and efficient HR processes are effectively lived in everyday work.

What you can achieve with us

• Driving HR strategy & transformation: You actively support the implementation of the HR strategy and specifically drive transformation and cultural change in your area of responsibility
• Coaching & sparring for managers: You accompany managers as a coach and sparring partner in change processes, support them with personnel issues, and strengthen their impact in employee leadership
• Ensuring holistic HR service: You ensure high-quality HR support across all personnel processes - from recruitment and development to support and separation
• Strengthening proximity to the business & stakeholder management: You regularly participate in team and department meetings, validate HR services in terms of quality and quantity, and build a trusting and effective network through continuous stakeholder discussions
• Coordinating efficient collaboration & HR administration: You work closely with the Shared Service Center, ensure smooth HR administration, and continuously optimise interfaces and processes

What you bring with you

• Education & training: You have a qualification as an HR specialist as well as further training in the HR field, for example a Bachelor in HRM, a CAS, or a comparable further education
• Experience: You bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner and have successfully supported managers in demanding personnel and change topics. In addition, you have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Communication & language skills: You communicate clearly, empathetically, and convincingly - both in French and German, orally and in writing
• Organisational skills: You coordinate several topics and processes in parallel, set priorities sensibly, and ensure a smooth workflow. In doing so, you actively support and accompany managers in challenging situations, address critical issues appropriately for the audience, and have the courage to constructively challenge existing mindsets and approaches
• Consulting & IT competence: You advise managers professionally and on an equal footing and use digital tools confidently. You have very good user knowledge of common Office programmes as well as good knowledge of SAP-HR; Rexx is an advantage. New technologies excite you and you learn them quickly. In addition, you use AI-supported applications and tools specifically to optimise HR processes, support decisions based on data, and increase efficiency in everyday work. A driving licence and a strong affinity for mobility topics complete your profile
