Business Analyst M/F

As a Swiss Romande IT services company, we bring experience and expertise to private and public organisations. As part of our development and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F)

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects
• Gathering, analysing, formalising and prioritising business needs
• Facilitating workshops with business units
• Writing functional specifications, requirements documents, use cases and acceptance criteria
• Process modelling (BPMN or equivalent)
• Writing and validating test cases, participating in functional acceptance testing
• Change management and user support (documentation, training materials)
• Experience within a public administration or a large organisation
• Experience in project management according to HERMES
• Practice of agile or hybrid methodologies

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• University degree in computer science, engineering or management, or equivalent qualification
• HERMES
• IIBA (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) or PMI-PBA (an advantage)
• Agile and Scrum certification (an advantage)

LANGUAGES:

• Native French speaker, technical English knowledge required
