To strengthen the Business Information Center (BIC) at the headquarters, we are looking for a committed individual as Senior Abacus Application Manager (m/f).

- Introduction and configuration of new functions within the existing Abacus system landscape (modules: FIN, HR, AbaBau, project management)
- Development and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards to specifically support management and operational units
- Management of supplier relationships, including negotiation of service contracts, conditions, and licensing models
- Coordination of support: collaboration with 1st-level support and independent handling of incidents and issues in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
- Experience in the use of business intelligence tools and data analysis
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with business management know-how
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis, project management, and change management
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced passion for digitalisation and process optimisation
- Independent, structured working style as well as teamwork and initiative
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (C1)
- Responsible tasks with plenty of scope for design and direct influence on digital development

Responsibilities

Profile
- Profound knowledge of ERP systems, especially experience with Abacus, as well as a solid understanding of business processes in HR, FM, and construction- Experience in the use of business intelligence tools and data analysis
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with business management know-how
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis, project management, and change management
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced passion for digitalisation and process optimisation
- Independent, structured working style as well as teamwork and initiative
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (C1)
