Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing, and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Role:
Do you want to work on highly available technical systems where network, security, and specialised communication systems interact? In this role, you take responsibility for the reliable operation of sophisticated air traffic control systems and are involved both in ongoing operations and in maintenance, changes, and integration projects.
Responsibilities:
You administer and configure network components, firewalls, and storage systems as well as the connected air traffic control communication systems.
You analyse faults and perform maintenance on military air traffic control systems at various locations in Switzerland.
You install and commission system modifications and expansions and technically support the corresponding changes.
You plan and implement preventive maintenance to ensure system and service availability is permanently guaranteed.
You support system installations, integrations, and technical projects.
You create and update system documentation and training materials for internal and external target groups.
You continuously expand your expertise in the fields of IT, system technology.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in IT and ideally further ICT training at university of applied sciences level or equivalent.
You bring at least 4 years of experience in the network environment with Cisco and ideally with Check Point Maestro.
You have knowledge at least at CCNA level or equivalent know-how in routing, switching, and network technology.
You have practical experience with the configuration and commissioning of firewall and security solutions.
Ideally, you hold a CCSA or CCSE certification.
You preferably have knowledge in storage systems and virtualisation.
You think analytically, work solution-oriented, and take personal responsibility even in demanding situations.
You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team, and convince through service and customer orientation.
You are willing to take on on-call and standby duties as well as irregular working hours and hold a category B driving licence.
You have very good German skills and good English skills at B2 level; French is a plus.
