Chief Accountant FR/German & English
- Accounting diploma with several years of experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English at least B2 level (mandatory)
- Good IT skills
- Experience in invoicing
- Experience in the field of national and international road transport
- Experience in managing a team for at least 3 years
Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Management of monthly invoicing (monthly closing) + various checks
- Application and programming of client tariff updates
- Experience with Incoterms
- Handling customer and inter-agency claims
- Management of Swiss and foreign VAT invoicing
- Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments
- Controlling duties at the agency
- Management and supervision of the invoicing department
- Invoicing of clients and the network
- Transport purchases and supplier invoices
- Training of employees
