Chef de Partie

To complete its catering team, Clinic Les Alpes is looking to recruit a chef de partie.

Clinic Les Alpes is a private care facility whose main purpose is to care for and assist patients suffering from addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.) and mental health issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, etc.)

The orientation of the Head Chef's dishes at this renowned establishment aims to be refined and respectful of what nature has to offer. Evolving with the seasons and the expectations of clients from diverse backgrounds is a daily challenge.

Start date: as soon as possible

Main Tasks:

• Consistently provide a professional service
• Prepare dishes according to technical sheets and client expectations
• Manage your workstation independently, always under the supervision of a superior
• Participate in proper rotation, labelling and storage of food to reduce costs
• Have speed of execution
• Communicate daily with the chef to know client feedback
• Continuously strive to improve the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Ensure correct product rotation in all cold rooms to reduce waste
• Know all dishes perfectly
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
• Respect ergonomic work standards regarding health & safety
• Comply with all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages
• Adhere to HACCP standards

Profile sought:

• Cook's Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent
• 6 years of experience including apprenticeship
• Fluency in French
• Inventive and creative in work
• Passion for cooking
• Particularly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and handle last-minute changes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to focus on clients' needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
