Specialist in Finance and Accounting

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as a specialist in finance and accounting to take on a responsible key role.

• You independently manage the financial accounting of several companies while always keeping an overview

• Accounts receivable and payable accounting are in your hands, as well as the control and posting of incoming invoices

• An important part of your work is construction cost control as well as the billing of projects and construction sites

• You actively support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and take on consolidation tasks

• Budgeting and financial planning are just as much part of your responsibilities as account reconciliation and payment processing

• In doing so, you work closely with project managers, site managers and external partners

• You actively shape processes and standards in the finance area and continuously develop them further

• In addition, you take on general tasks in finance and accounting and profitably contribute your expertise

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial basic education and have completed further training in finance and accounting with a Swiss federal diploma or are on the way to obtaining it.

• You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, especially in independently managing general and subsidiary ledgers

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in construction accounting

• You are confident in using Abacus and MS Office applications, especially Excel, which you master very well

• Your German skills in spoken and written form are excellent and at C1 level

• You work precisely, structured and independently

• A high sense of responsibility, teamwork skills and a proactive personality characterise you
