What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Building Services Sanitary Planner who develops innovative sanitary solutions with passion and expertise. In this position, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of demanding sanitary projects. You create concepts, produce technical drawings, and coordinate the implementation with various trades. Your expertise in building services helps to find sustainable and efficient solutions.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a sanitary planner, building services technician, or comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in sanitary planning

• Confident handling of CAD software and BIM

• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations

• Independent and structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Enjoyment in collaborating with customers and partners
