Project Manager Real Estate and Facility Management (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Management and support of (partial) projects in construction, facility management and building technology (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Recording and evaluation of customer needs as well as creation of concepts
• Specification, tendering and comparison of services, often in cooperation with purchasing
• Support of execution, commissioning and acceptance of projects - including presence on construction sites
• Management of external service providers and suppliers
• Participation in internal development and fire protection topics as well as maintenance of documents

Profile & Requirements

• Completed vocational training in main or secondary construction trades, ideally a university of applied sciences degree in facility management or equivalent
• Further training in project management - must-have
• At least 3 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized projects
• Knowledge of SIA phases, basic knowledge of business administration and confident handling of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Visio, MS Project, CAFM; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills (B2) desirable
• High social competence, teamwork skills, structured working method, technical and digital interest as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland
