Your main responsibilities:
- Analyse tender dossiers and their feasibility by conducting technical and financial studies of large multidisciplinary projects
- Ensure proper coordination of the working group (directors, method engineers, surveyors, QSE managers)
- Collaborate with internal/external specialists and contractors and participate in clarification and pre-award meetings
- Prepare technical reports, propose and develop technical and economic variants
- Actively participate in the development of the Calculation and Methods sector


What we are looking for:
- You hold a Civil Engineering degree, a Site Manager diploma and/or a Federal Foreman Certificate, qualified contractor
- You bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in site management or 3 years in project estimation in a technical office (building or civil engineering sector)
- You are proficient with common IT tools in the field (Baubit, MS Project)
- You are able to work independently and have good stress resistance
- You are highly motivated by teamwork
