On behalf of a real estate establishment in Nyon, I am looking for:

Property Manager M/F

Tasks:

• Relations with owners, tenants and craftsmen/state masters
• Coordination of rental and technical management activities with two assistants
• Regular analysis and monitoring of the portfolio, vacancies and relocations
• Technical supervision of buildings, monitoring of maintenance subscriptions, claims management, control and coordination of works, control and monitoring of invoices and budgets
• Conducting inventories and coordinating the exit process
• Ensuring the accuracy of the financial situations of mandates (management/heating statements)
• Management of complex files and representation of owners before authorities
• Supervision of apprentices and coordination/monitoring of their training

Profile:

• Proven experience in the same role in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and building technology (federal diploma level)
• Administrative and organisational rigour
• Commercial sense, comfortable in communication, contacts and negotiation
• Open, dynamic and positive personality
• Interest in administrative tasks as well as building technology
• Proficiency in common office tools
• Good spelling and writing skills
• Driving licence / private vehicle
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY ESSENTIAL
