Accounts Receivable Clerk

• You competently handle all accounts receivable matters on a daily basis and ensure correct processing.
• You check customer credits and determine payments.
• You enjoy customer contact and provide professional information about the current account balance both in writing and verbally.
• You ensure that credit adjustments are carried out error-free and correctly documented.
• Together with our customers, you make agreements on payments and instalment plans, finding fair solutions for both parties.

• You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship. Initial professional experience in customer contact or accounts receivable environment is a plus.
• Your strong customer and team orientation pleases us especially.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications, with good SAP knowledge and experience in accounts receivable scoring extra points.
• You have an exact and structured way of working and also enjoy routine tasks.
• You are confident in the German language and can communicate appropriately in English and, advantageously, in another language.
