ICT Service Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a stable and high-performance client operation including hardware and software
Evaluation, introduction and rollout of new workplace solutions and technical standards
Handling complex requests in 2nd-level support with direct user and customer contact
Creation and updating of system, application and process documentation
Participation in IT projects, migrations and rollouts as well as supporting the team with technical challenges
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware
Practical experience in user support and in managing workplace environments
Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured and precise working style
High team spirit, resilience and very good German language skills
