Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Electrical Engineering Industry for the technical and commercial management of demanding electrical projects in an industrial environment. You will be responsible for projects in the areas of power distribution, switchgear, control systems, automation and plant cabling from technical conception and calculation to commissioning. In doing so, you coordinate materials, personnel, assembly teams and external project partners and keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality. The position combines solid electrical engineering and engineering with project responsibility and direct support of demanding industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
Technical, organisational and commercial management of electrical engineering projects in industrial and plant environments
Development of technical concepts for power supply, power distribution, switchgear and machine connections
Planning and coordination of high and low voltage installations for production and industrial plants
Analysis of customer requirements and preparation of technical solutions, calculations and quotations
Responsibility for project budgets, cost control, deadlines and project billing
Planning and control of work preparation, material procurement and personnel deployment
Technical leadership and coordination of assembly and commissioning teams
Support and technical advice for industrial clients, operations managers, specialist planners and external partners
Coordination of switchgear construction, control technology, automation and plant cabling
Accompaniment of assembly, commissioning, functional testing and acceptance of the plants
Ensuring compliance with standards according to NIN, NIV and relevant electrical regulations
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, amendments and technical documents
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or comparable basic electrical training
Several years of professional experience in project management of electrical or industrial projects
Sound knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, power distribution and industrial electrical installations
Experience with switchgear, control systems, automation or plant cabling
Knowledge of relevant Swiss regulations and standards, especially NIN and NIV
Very good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B
