ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation of the local IT landscape from workplace systems to production-critical applications.
- In this role, you coordinate incidents as the local escalation point with global teams and external partners.
- As an IT system support specialist, you support production, engineering, and business and translate requirements into viable IT solutions.
- You accompany projects, rollouts, and changes and ensure that new technologies are effectively used in daily operations.
- In this role, you maintain, service, and monitor local applications and infrastructure and ensure documentation, security, and compliance.
- As an IT system support specialist, you actively contribute to the further development of IT services and take on rotating on-call duties within the team.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science (system technology) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a system engineer or IT operations role at a professional level
- Solid experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, Windows, Active Directory; Azure is an advantage)
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and IT security
- Ideally a background in a production or industrial environment
- Strong customer orientation, structured and solution-oriented working with ownership, as well as very good German and English skills
