Role:
The company is a public-law Swiss organisation with an international focus and supports Swiss companies in demanding export transactions.
The working environment combines finance, risk management, international business relations, and public duties.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you are responsible for central tasks of financial accounting and ensure correct processing of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
You take care of payment runs, dunning, VAT accounting as well as ongoing monitoring and maintenance of bank accounts.
For closing tasks and audits, you work closely with the team and support the preparation of the annual report.
At the same time, you have the opportunity to contribute to digitalisation and interface topics and actively help shape processes.
Supporting the supervision of apprentices is also part of your duties, with the possibility to take on this role independently later.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in accounting.
A reliable, precise, and efficient working style is natural for you, and you approach new topics with a willingness to learn.
Even with recurring tasks, you work consistently carefully and punctually and appreciate teamwork.
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills, and very good MS Office user skills are required.
