YOUR TASKS

• You support the further development of the clinic's quality management system with a special focus on process and outcome quality as well as conceptual work
• You contribute to the analysis, interpretation and target group-appropriate preparation of quality-relevant key figures, reports and quality indicators
• You represent the clinic's quality management in internal and external committees and support the implementation of group- and corporate-related quality requirements
• You plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits and assist in the preparation, organisation and accompaniment of external audits and certifications
• You promote patient safety by processing incident reports via the internal reporting platform TPSC
• You coordinate and process patient feedback and support its systematic evaluation
• You accompany and monitor improvement measures from various sources in the sense of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• You conduct training sessions on the topic of quality management
• You take on tasks in the area of materiovigilance and support the assurance of regulatory requirements
• You participate in internal clinic quality improvement projects or take on sub-project responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in healthcare at tertiary level (e.g. HF/FH) and bring several years of professional experience - ideally in an acute hospital environment
• You have relevant professional experience in quality management as well as training or further education in this field
• Your confident appearance enables you to raise awareness among employees on quality topics and to convey knowledge appropriately to the target audience
• You are characterised by analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a networked way of thinking
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and convince with organisational talent and initiative
• You bring a high future-, goal- and result-orientation
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders, high social competence and the ability to cooperate in a team complete your profile
