YOUR TASKS

• Planning and coordinating consultations as well as being the point of contact for internal and external enquiries
• Obtaining, reading and checking medical reports as well as preparing documents in advance for preoperative assessment
• Telephone information, reception of patients in the outpatient consultation
• Telephone contact with general practitioners and specialists
• Operating theatre schedule controlling
• Blood sampling, ECG

YOUR PROFILE

• A completed training as MPA, FAGE or nursing specialist with professional experience and knowledge of administrative tasks
• Very good German skills and sound PC knowledge
• Enjoyment of patient contact and confident use of medical terminology
• Reliable, team-oriented and flexible personality with strong customer focus

We offer you a varied and diverse role in a motivated team. Since our Anaesthesia Centre has been in a new structure since July 2026, you have the opportunity to actively help shape processes and procedures and to develop professionally and personally. Ideally, we would like to strengthen our team with two employees each working 40%. We are looking for flexible personalities who are willing to cover for each other during absences and temporarily increase their workload during such periods. However, we are also open to applications with a higher workload of up to 80%.
