Business Process Consultant Digitalisation (m/f/d)

Role:
Accompany companies on the path to digital excellence, develop intelligent process landscapes, and successfully implement innovative technologies – here, the combination of consulting, technology, and sustainable process optimisation is central.
Responsibilities:
Recording, analysing, and redesigning complex business processes
Designing modern information and document platforms for digital enterprises
Managing implementation and transformation projects using agile methods
Building efficient workflows using modern automation and AI technologies
Supporting, optimising, and continuously expanding existing system landscapes
Assisting departments in the digital advancement of their processes
Conducting workshops and supporting change and implementation projects
Collaborating with architecture, development, and digitalisation teams to implement innovative solutions
Qualifications:
Experience in digital workplace, enterprise content management, or process digitalisation environments
Strong understanding of business processes and economic contexts
Knowledge of the interplay between ERP, workflow, and business applications
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
High consulting competence and strong communication skills
Enthusiasm for current technologies such as cloud solutions, AI, automation, and digital business processes
