Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Project and Execution Planning Architect for the creative and constructive handling of diverse building projects. You will accompany demanding construction projects from the concept and project planning phase through detailed planning to realisation and develop architecturally and technically convincing solutions. The project spectrum includes, among others, public buildings, residential buildings in a historical context, and infrastructure projects. The position combines demanding architecture and design work with solid project and execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of architectural projects in the project and execution phases
Development and further processing of design, styling, and spatial concepts
Creation of project, approval, execution, and detailed plans
Constructive elaboration of demanding components, connections, and material concepts
Handling of new build, conversion, and existing projects with different usage requirements
Planning of projects in the area of public buildings, residential construction, and infrastructure
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from structural engineers, building services, and other specialist planners
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialists, and executing companies
Ensuring architectural quality during detailed planning and realisation
Review of planning regarding construction, materialisation, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness
Handling projects according to relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Creation and maintenance of the required planning and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at Bachelor or Master FH/ETH level or equivalent university degree
Professional experience in project and execution planning of building projects
Solid knowledge in design, construction, and architectural detailing
Experience with approval, execution, and detailed planning
Confident use of common CAD/BIM planning software
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations is an advantage
