HR Generalist D/E 80-100%
Your tasks
- Management of the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Personnel administration from entry to exit
- Support in recruiting and pre-selection
- Payroll processing including time accounting, social insurance and withholding tax
- Advising line managers and employees on HR matters
- Optimisation and further development of HR processes
- Participation in diverse HR projects
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR, e.g. federal HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a versatile HR role
- Sound knowledge in personnel administration and payroll processing
- Confident use of MS Office and common HR systems
- Very good German skills and strong communication abilities
- Committed and service-oriented personality
- Enjoyment of teamwork
