The Petitmaître Foundation's mission is to provide services in the fields of specialised education, extracurricular activities, vocational training, reintegration and catering. We are recruiting for 1 August 2026 or by agreement:
PEMS Sector Manager at 60% permanent contract and 20% fixed-term contract in project management and support for the development of future services
Your mission:
- Supervise, organise and support the management of 3 MATAS teams (5 educators) and one ESS team (8 educators)
- Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the socio-educational concept and the 360 concept
- Participate in and facilitate team meetings, reflection days and various networks
- Ensure the safety and protection of workers
- Develop and then support innovative and effective team projects
- Support the development of prevention services and then manage them
- Work in partnership with the deputy director to implement the strategic objectives of the Directorate
- Work in partnership with the school management responsible for the Matas and strive to maintain quality relationships with our partners in the schools of Northern Vaud
- Participate in cantonal meetings with our clients from UNEPS-DGEJ and work towards aligning our services with the prevention needs set by the canton
- Be client-oriented and demonstrate leadership
Your profile:
- You hold a diploma as a social educator ES/HES or an equivalent qualification, as well as a CAS in team management and project management.
- You have educational experience in supervising children and/or adolescents
- You also have experience in team support, project management and change management.
- You are recognised for your dynamism, great autonomy and have demonstrated excellent skills in collaborating within a multidisciplinary professional partner network.
- You have excellent organisational skills and are capable of managing sometimes complex work dynamics.
- You are thoroughly familiar with the Vaud school system and the 360 concept. You hold a driving licence and have a car.
