What is my role?

You work in a highly qualified team as well as in an innovative and versatile IT environment. Your tasks include:

• Design and further development of the Microsoft Azure platform

• Development and maintenance of Infrastructure-as-Code modules with Terraform

• Provision of standardised platform components, interfaces and technical specifications for product and implementation teams

• Consulting and enabling application, data, AI, development and infrastructure teams

• Analysis and handling of service requests and incidents (2nd / 3rd level)

• Participation in innovative and international projects

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed IT training with professional experience or a degree in computer science. In addition, you have the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the design and standardisation of Microsoft Azure platforms, for example Landing Zones

• Knowledge of Cloud Platform Architecture, experience with other hyperscalers as well as a solid understanding of fundamental IT architecture principles

• Basic knowledge of Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry and API Management

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, as well as Azure DevOps and/or Git

• Understanding of Cloud Operating Models, Shared Responsibilities and the handover of standardised platform components to deployment and operations teams

• Knowledge of software development or scripting, for example with PowerShell or REST APIs

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID

• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and high quality standards

• Enjoyment of cross-team collaboration and knowledge transfer as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility

• Very good German and English skills, at least at B2 level
