Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an architect to work on demanding building construction projects and architectural competitions. You will be involved from project planning through execution planning to realisation and accompany construction projects as continuously as possible through the various planning and construction phases. A focus lies on developing precise architectural and constructive solutions as well as 3D planning with ArchiCAD. The position combines creative tasks with technically sound planning and coordination of various project participants.
Responsibilities:
Participation in demanding architecture and building construction projects from project planning to realisation
Development and further processing of design, project and concept plans
Creation of project, execution and detail plans considering design and constructive requirements
Building and processing of 3D building models with ArchiCAD as a basis for planning and coordination
Participation in architectural competitions and study assignments including concept development and planning elaboration
Development of constructive details and materialisation solutions for various building construction projects
Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners, experts and other project participants
Implementation of plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Participation in building submissions and approval procedures as well as preparation of the required planning documents
Review and integration of specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans into execution planning
Planning support during the realisation phase and handling of constructive as well as architectural issues
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree ETH/FH or equivalent university degree
Several years of professional experience in project and execution planning of building construction projects
Good CAD skills and practical experience in 3D planning with ArchiCAD
Sound knowledge in construction, detailing and materialisation
Knowledge of Swiss planning and construction processes as well as relevant SIA standards
Experience with architectural competitions is an advantage
Good German language skills, spoken and written
