To support the evolution of the Finance Department, this new role combines team leadership and professional activities.

Your main duties:

• Manage and organise the department's activities and lead the team.
• Coordinate and carry out, with the team, billing processes, debtor management, collections and recovery.
• Supervise municipal tasks related to contributions and the land register and participate in their completion according to needs and task distribution.
• Ensure data quality, operational reliability and controls within the department.
• Handle complex cases and maintain relationships with relevant partners.
• Contribute to process development and the introduction of new management tools.

Your profile:

• Higher education in business economics, finance and accounting, public administration or management (University of Applied Sciences, federal diploma or equivalent qualification).
• Significant experience in financial management and strong knowledge in billing, debtor management and recovery.
• Experience in public administration or team leadership is desirable.
• Close leadership style, ability to combine team management, professional expertise and operational activity.
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility, rigour, reliability and good priority management.
• Good communication skills, collaborative spirit and sense of public service.
