Your Tasks

In this strategic-operational key position, reporting directly to the management, you will significantly contribute to the further development of our sales division. Your central tasks include, among others:

• Develop sales strategies: Designing and implementing forward-looking sales models with management
• Process optimisation: Analysing and improving internal processes along the sales and value chain
• Unlock market potential: Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, trends and business possibilities
• Build partnerships: Establishing and maintaining strategic networks and cooperative relationships
• Create business cases: Preparing well-founded decision templates and recommendations for action for management
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Close cooperation with various divisions and their departments (rental, sales, customer service, etc.) and other key areas

Your Profile

You convince through strategic thinking, entrepreneurial drive and a strong passion for sales and business development. It does not matter whether you already have many years of experience or are just at the beginning of your career:

• Academic background: Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Management or a comparable course of study
• Professional experience: Initial practical experience in business development or strategic sales is an advantage but not mandatory
• Analytical competence: Excellent analytical thinking skills as well as great interest in process analysis and project management
• Entrepreneurial mindset: A pronounced ability to recognise opportunities and independently develop innovative solutions
• Change management: Your talent to inspire people and successfully guide them through change processes distinguishes you
• Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
