Responsibilities:
Independently handle general ledger tasks for Swiss entities
Bookkeeping reconciliation of accounts and verification of financial data
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
Reconciliation of social security insurances
Provide Swiss VAT settlement and tax declaration for the Swiss entities
Additional responsibilities as identified
Contribute to producing monthly management reports
Assist the group budget and strategy process
Identify and drive initiatives to further leverage financial systems, streamline process flows and create systematic methods for efficient data processing and reporting.
Qualifications:
Essential -
- Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management, Federal Diploma of Higher Education or undergoing training
- At least 3 years' relevant work experience
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good conceptual and process design skills
- High-energy, flexible and responsive work style; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English (First Level)
Desirable -
- Experience with IFRS
