Role:
You are looking for a new challenge where you can demonstrate your skills as an IT infrastructure expert. In this role, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructures. You are responsible for analysing requirements and developing solutions that meet customers’ needs. With your professional-level experience, you are able to solve complex problems and find innovative solutions. You are an important part of the team and contribute to the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Building, optimising, and technical support of hybrid corporate platforms including end devices, virtualisation, LAN, and perimeter security.
Administration of central identity services as well as ensuring functioning backup, restore, and recovery processes.
Systematic fault diagnosis for hardware and software issues as well as participation in user support and periodic operational tasks.
Implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 projects focusing on productive collaboration and digital workplaces.
Independent management of technical customer orders from resource planning through realisation to cost monitoring and invoicing.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology
- You bring experience in helpdesk, support, and administration of Microsoft client, server, and network infrastructures
- You have a passion for IT topics and are ready for technical certifications
- You are a communicative personality who enjoys working in an IT service provider environment and the associated customer contact
- You have confident German language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- You hold a category B driving licence
