What is my role?

Our client is looking for a visionary leader as Chief People Officer, ready to fundamentally shape and further develop the corporate culture. You will be the driving force behind everything related to people, values, and collaboration.

In this key position, you will shape:

• The strategic direction of the entire People & Culture area and develop a vision that truly moves and inspires people

• Cultural initiatives with real impact that sustainably transform and shape collaboration

• Future-oriented organisational structures and innovative role models that fit the dynamics of the modern business world

• A progressive leadership understanding that places personal responsibility, trust, and empowerment at the centre

• Pioneering remuneration and working time models that meet the pulse of the times

You act as a strategic sparring partner for management and leaders on a global level, especially when it comes to complex issues of leadership, cultural change, or organisational transformation. You manage demanding change projects and drive the digital evolution of the HR function forward. With your team from People Operations and People Development, you set new standards and make HR a strategic success factor for the future.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a person with a solid academic background, for example in business administration, economic psychology, organisational development, or a related field.

What distinguishes the ideal candidate:

• Several years of professional experience in corporate and organisational development with a focus on strategy and transformation

• Experience in internationally operating industrial companies and understanding of global structures

• Strong communication and moderation skills to reach, motivate, and guide people through change processes

• Sound knowledge in HR governance, controlling, and process management

• Business understanding for strategic collaboration at management level
