Company Description
As part of temporary assignments during the winter season, we offer opportunities with our clients, including hotel establishments of all categories in various resorts in the region, as well as traditional and community restaurants. These assignments are mainly in the mountains, in the canton of Valais. Some establishments are located directly on the slopes, so skiing ability is essential to access the different assignment locations. In this context, we are actively seeking:

Job Description
You will join the kitchen teams and mainly participate in dishwashing tasks, which can represent a significant volume depending on the establishment's activity. You will also be required to support the brigade with various kitchen assistant tasks, such as cutting, mise en place and simple preparations. You will always ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as cleanliness and tidiness of your work environment.
Profile Sought
With at least 6 months' experience in a similar catering role, you are a dynamic, versatile and resilient person, able to adapt quickly to different working environments. Your team spirit, efficiency and commitment make you a collaborator who can truly add value to our various clients. A minimum level of French A2 is required. You are proficient in skiing, an essential condition for some assignments located on the slopes. Having your own vehicle is also a real advantage to facilitate your travel between the different resorts. Note that no accommodation is provided for these assignments: you must therefore have your own accommodation solution.
