Chief Financial Officer CFO (m/f/d)

The company operates in technically demanding project business and is active in a rapidly growing market environment. In particular, the expansion of data centres and increasing investments in AI infrastructure are driving additional demand. The range extends from smaller facilities to complex large-scale projects.

The position combines operational finance responsibility with contract management, digitalisation and IT. We are not looking for a CFO who merely controls and delegates, but a personality who delves deeply into the subject matter, structures topics independently and actively shapes the further development of the company.

You will take overall responsibility for finance, controlling and IT and lead a small team. Your main areas of focus include:

• Monthly and annual financial statements, consolidation, planning and reporting
• Cash management, working capital and project controlling
• Contract management for customer and project contracts
• Professional responsibility for SAP Business One
• Digitalisation and automation of processes as well as meaningful AI applications
• Occasional involvement in M&A and corporate development topics

This is not a pure controlling function. You should delve deeply into the subject matter, structure topics independently and actively drive projects forward.

Your profile

You have a degree as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and bring experience from an industrial company with project business.

Particularly important are:

• High certainty in financial statements and simpler consolidation
• Experience with project business and project evaluation
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• High affinity for digitalisation and new technologies
• Very good German and English skills

The position is expressly also suitable for an experienced Head of Finance or Finance Director who is ready to take the next step into comprehensive CFO responsibility.
