- Responsibility for the stable, secure and high-performance operation of the hybrid ICT infrastructure
- Planning, controlling and implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects from conception to successful go-live
- Further development of the Microsoft-based system landscape in a hybrid environment (On-Premises & Azure)
- Active participation in shaping and implementing the cloud strategy
- Evaluation and migration of existing services into hybrid or cloud-based architectures
- Responsibility for modern identity and access concepts with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Definition and further development of technical standards, operational and automation concepts
- Active participation, application and continuous development of established ITIL processes
- Integration of international locations into a standardised and scalable infrastructure
- Support of the team with complex technical issues as well as work in 2nd-/3rd-level support
- Coaching and development of team members
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers
- Several years of experience in senior technical roles in the enterprise infrastructure environment
- Profound experience in engineering and operation of complex hybrid ICT infrastructures
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft server environment
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory and group policies
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud migrations
- Knowledge in automation and standardisation of operational processes
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam)
- Good knowledge of network, VPN as well as security and infrastructure concepts
- PowerShell and automation experience is an advantage
- Very good German and very good English skills
- Solution-oriented and implementation-strong personality
- High technical and personal seniority
- Confident appearance and pronounced communication skills

Profile
- University degree in computer science or comparable qualification- Several years of experience in senior technical roles in the enterprise infrastructure environment
