Project Manager (70%)
Your responsibilities
Within the scope of your role, you will ensure the administrative and operational coordination of the project in connection with the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH), in accordance with the requirements of the funding bodies (European Commission and SERI). You will also manage the consortium (12 partners) and lead the Work Package "Communication and Dissemination". Furthermore, you will guarantee the monitoring of contractual obligations (deliverables, budget, reporting to the European Commission and SERI) and the project KPIs. You will also organise the project’s operational bodies, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and drafting minutes. Finally, you will contribute to the external promotion of the project and the implementation of the sustainability strategy.
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree (a doctorate is an advantage), ideally in an information and communication technology (ICT) discipline;
- A PMI certification is an asset;
- You have 3 years’ experience in managing complex projects, ideally within a European programme;
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in multi-partner coordination, including intersectoral and interdisciplinary actors;
- Knowledge of the Western Switzerland research and innovation ecosystem is an advantage.
Your skills
- Meticulous, you have excellent organisational, analytical and strategic advisory skills, particularly in project valorisation and sustainability;
- You master the rules and processes of collaborative project funding – as well as reporting and budget monitoring activities (ideally within European projects);
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in complex environments;
- You have excellent analytical and synthesis abilities;
- You are able to structure, prioritise and monitor decisions and actions;
- You are comfortable coordinating diverse stakeholders and facilitating information flow;
- As a native French speaker, you have perfect command of English, both spoken and written (C2 level). Knowledge of German is an asset.
Work rate: 70%
Contract duration: fixed-term contract until 30 June 2030
Start date: 1 January 2027
Workplace: Delémont or Lausanne with possible travel within French-speaking Switzerland
