Head of Energy Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 150,000Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the energy sector within the company
- Development and implementation of energy strategies and concepts taking into account economic aspects
- Ensuring a reliable and efficient energy supply
- Identification and implementation of energy efficiency measures to reduce costs
- Budget planning, cost control and preparation of profitability analyses in the energy sector
- Monitoring energy contracts and suppliers as well as negotiating contract terms
- Leadership and development of the energy team as well as close cooperation with internal departments, suppliers and authorities
Qualifications:
- Completed business studies or technical background with very good knowledge of business administration
- Experience in controlling, ideally in the energy or utilities sector
- Industry experience in the energy or utilities sector is essential
- Sound understanding of business processes and interrelationships
- Knowledge in the development and implementation of energy strategies and concepts
- Experience in cost optimisation and energy efficiency measures
- Strong leadership and organisational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
