Head of Human Resources Industry (m/f/d)
For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces innovative machinery and vehicle solutions for professional applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. An international environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a globally leading Swiss industrial group in the development, manufacture, and sales of innovative vehicles and services for clean and safe living environments, we are seeking at the beginning of 2027 an experienced, entrepreneurial, and personally convincing individual as Human Resources Director. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational HR leadership of an international competence centre with locations in Switzerland, Germany, and Latvia and will be a member of the management team. Together with the leaders, you ensure that the right people can operate at the right places at the right times.
Responsibilities:
You develop and implement the HR strategy and act as a sparring partner for the Managing Director and the management team
You are responsible for succession planning, talent management, and organisational development
You develop and promote high potentials
You lead change and transformation projects
You provide professional leadership to the HR Business Partners in Germany and Latvia
You support the Swiss location as an HR Business Partner
You are the contact person for employees and managers in demanding personnel matters
Qualifications:
You have several years of leadership experience in human resources management
You have experience in an industrial environment
You demonstrate strategic thinking as well as strong implementation skills with a pragmatic hands-on approach (technologically competent and digitally savvy)
You convince through high communication and consulting competence
You communicate fluently in German and English
You enjoy working with people and sustainable organisational development
