About the job
For our client, a Swiss company in the field of technical security systems, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled individual. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of security solutions at customer sites and assist internal teams with projects from planning to commissioning.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimisation of existing systems
- Support of project management in planning, installation, and commissioning
- Maintenance of technical customer documentation and system data
- Advising users and on-site support
- Participation in projects for the further development and optimisation of systems
- Conducting tests and function settings
- Training and instruction of customer personnel
- Basic knowledge of IT and PC applications
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and committed
- Confident appearance and team player
- Driving licence category B
- Fluent German skills, good English skills
