Watch Component Quality Controller (M/F)

For one of our clients, a renowned watchmaking company based in the Neuchâtel Mountains, we are looking to strengthen their production teams:

Your responsibilities:

• Carry out dimensional, aesthetic and functional checks of watch components according to plans, control ranges and defined quality criteria
• Identify defects and non-conformities, decide on the conformity of parts and ensure their follow-up until resolution
• Ensure the entry and monitoring of control data in computer systems, while guaranteeing traceability of operations
• Collaborate with quality and production teams by sharing the necessary information for quality monitoring
• Actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing optimisations of control methods, quality criteria and processes

Your profile:

• Technical training, ideally complemented by a TQ1
• Proven experience in quality control in the watchmaking sector (mandatory!)
• Excellent plan reading skills
• Good knowledge of conventional measuring instruments as well as 3D control means (Keyence, Zeiss)
• Proficiency in IT tools and SAP
• Analytical mind and judgement ability
• Observational skills and attention to detail
• Rigorous, organised and autonomous personality
