You operate and further develop the IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network and clients
You optimise Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments in terms of performance, availability and security
You resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support and support infrastructure and digitalisation projects
Additionally, you further develop backup, disaster recovery and security concepts
Collaboration with specialist departments and external service providers is also part of your responsibilities
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or degree as well as several years of experience as a system engineer
Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience with VMware/Citrix, networking and infrastructure projects
A Microsoft certification in Azure, Microsoft 365 or Security is an advantage
You work independently and in a structured manner and have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written as well as good English skills
